Sarah had just arisen from her beauty sleep, it was nearly ten o'clock which was very late for her she was just so tired and a bit stressed from all of her work...and her relationship with the Drover. Starting the water for a bath she hopped in once it was full and just relaxed letting the stress that was building up inside of her body exit. Once she had been in for the longest of times she got out and dressed in simple attire perfect for her chores she had to do.
Checking herself in the mirror she was not the same woman she was a few years ago it made her laugh a bit. Her face was makeup less usually she would have on lots of extravagant expensive makeup on but with all the bugs and hotness in the outback what was the need? Her hair was sort of flat and her attire terribly simple her family would never approve.
Leaving her room she heard a knock at the door, it was almost perfect timing having gotten up so late. Smiling the Drover was supposed to come home today from some drove he had gone on a long time ago. "Darling are you back so soon?" She called out her voice a bit sarcastic, of course it felt like years for what was just a month or two. Nearing the entrance her smile dropped when she saw her sister. "Oh." She said a bit quietly of course she was surprised...but she was a bit well she was just surprised. |
